I exchanged close to $500CAD before a trip to Europe, however I did not take out the bills until it was too late and I was half way across the world... which is when I realized that an error was made and I was missing close to $80CAD in foreign currency. There seems to have been a mixup in the value of the provided notes. I took pictures, kept the receipt.... etc. 2 weeks later when I got back to Montreal I called them right away and explained the situation. They backtracked their transactions, even checked with the suppliers/banks but were unable to identify when along the chain the error had occurred. Regardless, they owned responsibility, and reimbursed me the missing amount. Errors happen... but THAT was great customer service.
