Nothing beats using Bungo Boxes, the packing and unpacking process was efficient and effective and the movers had but praise for our stuff being packed in the Bungo Boxes. Thank you to Roy for your products and services. I highly recommend Bungo boxes for any type of move if your looking to avoid stress and the headache of Cardboard Boxes. Really made the moving process "less sucky" the boxes are strong enough to hold whatever you are able to carry and the roller makes it so much easier. Only recommendation I'd make is getting an additional rolling cart with the 2 bedroom option to make things even faster. Roy's communication was greatly appreciated and the timing options they give you are plentiful and he was within the windows both time easily. Will definitely recommend them to anyone moving.
N	Nicole Hnatiuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ August 1-I was contacted by bungo box and they apologizes profusely and offered me a full refund. I'm very satisfied with this result. I'm in the middle of a move and so far I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Bungobox. I never received a call the day before to discuss my delivery time-which is explicitly stated will happen when you place an order. I called both the customer service line and the local number in my city a total of 4 times before I heard back. Customer service took my name and number but no one called me back until quite late in the day. My delivery was late (which I understood because of localized flooding in my city) but my order wasn't complete. I ordered a two bedroom move plus a dolly (which I paid extra for) and I did not recieve the dolly. I called customer service again today to either get the dolly delivered or get my money back and again they took my name and number and no one got back to me. I love the idea of Bungobox but go somewhere else because the service is extremely lacking. Very disappointed and annoyed.
B	Bonnie Yee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the idea of the bins, Love the convenience of not searching for boxes but the communication and service (for me) needs a bit of work. I had to call 3 times on my delivery date as the bins were not delivered at the time they were supposed be delivered. Only when I called is when I received a call from the drivers. I ordered them for the morning and received them by 4 PM. A week later (Monday), I sent in an email request (via website) for an early pick-up but received no response so I called (understanding that sometimes requests don't go through). I received a call back and they said that they can do an early pick up for Tuesday evening and that I would be receiving a phone call. The call or the pick-up never happened. So very disappointed. I tried calling but received no answer. If a pick-up can't happen - please call your clients back and let them know. Or just state that the pick up can't happen in the first initial call or communication. The ending of the two weeks is tomorrow (Saturday) and I'm hoping my BungoBoxes are picked up without delay and if there is a delay - with communication as to the reason for the delay. Again love the idea but I think I will go with another company next time. thanks
