★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talked to Jim from the paint section and he helped me with everything I needed to fix some gouges in plastic and armed me with enough information to host a YouTube channel. I ask a LOT of questions and he enthusiastically answered all of them. Staff in general were friendly. helpful and positive. It's clear to me that they all love what they do.
I went and got some coffee and ran an errand and when I came back everything I needed was sitting on the counter waiting for me. Fantastic people, fantastic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two self-impressed counter jockeys ignored me for several minutes while engaged in a mind-numbing effort to impress each other about how they knew a part number better than a competitor. Then didn't have a light bulb in stock. I went to the competitor who provided prompt friendly service and had a well stocked store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Experience at Bumper to Bumper today. Went in with my 2014 Tundra and needed some paint to fix the sill on the driver's side as it's worn down to bare metal.
Spoke to Jim who already guessed at the colour I needed and proceeded to get me everything I needed, including instructions, on how to complete the repairs successfully. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. The 1 star experience comes from staff who do not want to help even when you know the precise and are willing to wait multiple days for an answer. When asking for help you should not feel bad being an inconvenience.
