D	Donna Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased nutritional yeast at the Fredericton bulk barn. I had noticed some brown flecks in it and asked the cashier about it. He told me the last three shipments were like that. They sent one back but it just keeps coming like that. He also added they emailed the supplier and if I wanted to know what they said, I should ask next time I am in. I bought the yeast but wish I hadn't. I shifted it when I got home and it is full of some sort of particle. I wish I could upload photos to show you all. I threw in in the garbage. I am not impressed with the response I got to asking about it, and even less impressed about how bad it actually was once I got it all separated.

I walked up to an older woman who was counting a display with 5 (maybe 6) packages in it. I said can you tell me where the oak flour is? Quickly without turning around she flew her finger in the air pointing straight up and restarted counting the half dozen packages. She finally turned around and said ‘we are doing inventory and you know how irritating it is to be interrupted when doing inventory right.’ I mumbled something about ‘except for when it is a customer right?’ But she just proceeded to mention it again 2 more times and to inform me all the girls were doing inventory... I don’t believe I have ever been treated so crude and rude by a store associate. I would like a response please.
A	Abbe Ghinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently at the Dundas/Trafalgar Bulk Barn in Oakville. I bought bulk coconut flakes, dried currants and dried blueberries. When I checked out, I was charged HST. When I inquired why, the CSR said that was automatic from her computer and it showed the HST referred to the dried blueberries. When I suggested that all these products were similar for baking, she shrugged me off and basically said that's the way it is. I've had similar experiences at Bulk Barn before regarding the customer service but in this case, she should have told me that she would look into it at least. Not a fan of BB. Try and get these products at other stores. Their prices are not even competitive.

This place is without any doubt the cleanest, most organized, least trash producing, well managed places I've seen. Only been in there twice but both times I was super shocked. I would've gave 5 stars but one of guys in the logistics office isn't the friendliest. Great work Bulk Barn !

I’m on a fixed income and over $9.00 for 13 little chocolates is nowhere in any persons budget. You know as well as I do it is not a “gourmet” item...no pretty packaging...no bows, no bells and whistles but the price of this product that you charge is way over the top. I cannot not return the product as it has been eaten. I was told “NO” in the store. Was I supposed to not eat it and wait to hear from the company? I couldn’t afford to throw it out...it cost more than an average meal. I now have learned my lesson to only buy things of importance at The Bulk Barn (necessities) (I’m sure you have heard that word before) and to double check for outrageous prices in your stores in the future. I was wearing a face mask and used the store sanitizer and clear gloves and my disabled daughter was wearing a face shield because she cannot wear a mask due to her disability. A store employee came over and refused to let us shop because my daughter was only wearing a face shield and told us that bulk Barn does not accept medical exemptions. SHAME ON Bulk Barn for discriminating against a person with a disability.
J	Janiece Bellenie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, What is wrong with this picture. Omicron is mild and science has proven that to be true however Bulk Barn has gone full out crazy on their masking policy. I am unable to wear a mask, so I wear a shield but am now not allowed to shop indoors. My questions to you, does this not seem insane? I'm confused, when Delta was raging I could shop with a shied but not with the mild Omicron variant.
