★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people were professional and efficient. They exterminated the inside of our house and a few months later came back to do the outside. They had a client cancel so they squeezed us in last minute and was done in under 20 mins for the exterior. Overall a great company and well priced! I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For weeks we were trying to find the source of huge wasps showing up on basement windows. Finally tonight we began the serious investigation by pulling back the insulation. Lo and behold we found a massive wasp nest completely alive with thousands of wasps. between the floor joists. I called Bugman and Joe took the call. 30 mins later Joe arrived with equipment in hand and explained what he was going to do. Super nice guy, very professional, quick and efficient. He assured us we could call with any questions or problems that may pop up. Thankfully I didn't take this on myself and let loose that massive nest. Great job Bugman and thanks Joe for the after hours service..

Christmas was approaching fast, I discovered an infestation. Online products and local hardware store off the shelf products weren't working. I searched online and found Bugman. Today I have peace of mind and suggest Bugman-Homesmart. The recommended treatment worked immediately with 100% results. Don't hesitate to call them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am deathly afraid of spiders. I've been calling the Bugman for 4 years and the first couple of years were great. Last year right after house was sprayed my back door was covered in spiders, I called them to come back, they did and everything was fine. Today I paid $200 to get the house sprayed, the front was done you can see it all dripping over the windows. The back however all the windows are perfectly clean again. I called back on to let them know and whoever I talked to yelled at me saying it was done. Very poor customer service, very poor quality of work I will have to call and pay for another company to come and finish the job. I used bugman for home and business for passed few years and I will never use them again. There is no way my back was done or my shed or I would the spray dripping on the windows like I do the front. Terrible company to deal with. As a business owner myself I'd never treat clients the way I was treated. I'll never recommend them again to anyone! 0 stars from me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been extremely happy with my experience with Bugman-Homesmart. First, calling the office to book/speak to an exterminator was very easy. The ladies who answered the phone were very nice and efficient. Terry called me back and was very pleasant; he gave me the time to discuss my issues over the phone. He gave me excellent feedback and he explained the process and gave me a quote right away. I was able to feel comfortable and confident with his services right away.
I'm appreciative of Lorne for coming in and listening to my issues while I showed him around the house. He was very nice and I also felt comfortable vacating my house while he treated for moths.
I recommend Terry and his team for anyone experiencing bug issues. I just had their service done yesterday. I will follow up with a review once our treatments have been completed.
