★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal to be here on course during covid. It's impossible to get a time booked for the weight room and their rules don't allow for any kind of cross training in other sections. For example, you cannot use dumbbells if you have the racks booked at all. The staff aren't as welcoming as they used to be either and are clearly unhappy with how many rules they're trying to enforce. Save yourself the headache of it all and get a gym membership in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apron around the track in the field house is a little crowded and the one run-off area is blocked off and filled with the portable bleachers and, I suspect, non-serviceable equipment. The locker room is clean and functional and the sauna is very nice after a workout.
