N	Nicolas Lacombe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021-08-15: right now almost all machines are broken cad 2 per washing machine load cad 0.25 per 3min of drying (I usually need around 30min drying for 1 big load) they have a change machine, that is sometimes out of service. a lot of the washers and dryers are broken or not working properly
L	Lily Watts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ update I did my laundry again here and instead of walking away from the dryer like last time, I stood by it while it ran on medium heat, not high. I think this did the trick because the clothes did not get scorched this time! Just be careful about the high heat, it will burn your clothes if they’re in there for 20 mins. —- I was really, really disappointed today when i picked up my laundry and my clothes stunk like burned food.. I tried wearing the clothes and i can barely stand the smell it's so strong. My clean laundry is ruined. :( I was excited to try chez bobette for the first time because the atmosphere is cute and considered. Prices are really good.

One of the dryers (set in medium hot) ruined ALL my clothes with their extreme heat. While other load of towels ended all soaked even after 45 min on high heat, which is quite expensive. The change dispenser doesn’t work, so had to go to a nearby shop to get cash. I wish they could be more careful with their equipment. ? Now all my favorite clothes are practically one size smaller and have a terrible burnt smell!!!! I hated it ?

I have given my phone number to the attendant on staff on four occasions - the attendant says I can expect a call from the owners to be reimbursed but they haven't called as of the time I posted this review.

Unless you have a turkey to cook, keep it on low heat. Also the place is always dirty and if you have an issue with anything you are on your own. Time to buy a wash machine for me. Sadly, other laundries in the area are as bad…
A	Al NG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Nice area with Wifi, electric power connections and books. But always dirty floors and surfaces, and they need to wash the machines from time to time. The change machine is broken and no one here to help get 25c or coins
D	Desirée Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the top right dryer. I put $1.75 (21 minutes) in the machine. When the cycle finished, I opened the dryer only to realize that the machine was rotating but not heating. If you use this laundromat, I suggest testing the machine with a quarter instead of putting enough money in for a full cycle and losing it all. I was told by a regular customer that a lot of the machines don't work, but not all of them have signs. I put a sign on the defective dryer so the next person doesn't lose their money too ? Also, there are no bathrooms here, so don't drink too many coffees before doing your laundry.
