Nous avons été très satisfaits de leurs services de la France à la réception de notre container au Québec.
Très réactif et disponible, sens de l'humour , aucun dégât sur 15m3, je recommande les yeux fermés !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'expérience aura été un réel succès. Le professionnalisme des équipes se retrouve à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise, les personnes qui ont pris en charge notre dossier ne nous considéraient pas que comme un numéro ni comme un simple client, mais plus comme un partenaire.
Accompagnement de bout en bout, conseils avisés et rassurants, malgré de nombreux rebondissements dans mon dossier, l'équipe s'est montrée patiente et attentionnée. Bref pour mon prochain déménagement international, je n'aurai pas besoin de chercher.

Brytor international a su répondre à tous mes mails, mes interrogations les inquiétudes et Dieu sait que j’en ai eu et qu’à j’ai été chiante donc merci à Alexandre Sierra pour la communication et à l’équipe des livreurs ce matin !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utiliser les services d'Intraglobe (incluant AGS et Brytor)à partir de la France, dans la préparation du déménagement, au suivi de l'enlèvement, l'arrivée au Québec et enfin la livraison à domicile de nos colis a été un vrai plaisir. Présence systématique et attentive pour résoudre nos doutes ou interrogations, d'un bout à l'autre de la chaîne, bonne humeur et gentillesse de tous les opérateurs -trices, un régal. Il ne nous reste plus maintenant qu'à déballer pour être définitivement chez nous.

Using the services of Intraglobe (including AGS and Brytor) from France, in the preparation of the move, the follow-up of the removal, the arrival in Quebec and finally the home delivery of our packages was a real pleasure. . Systematic and attentive presence to resolve our doubts or questions, from one end of the chain to the other, good humor and kindness of all the operators, a treat. Now all we have to do is unpack to be definitely at home.
