A wide variety of beers to choose from and all of the ones I tried were yummy. My favourites were the maple cream ale and the honey blonde. The beers ranged from $6-$8/pint which isn't bad at all. Very relaxed pub atmosphere and friendly staff.

Had such a great experience here for a work event, could not recommend highly enough. Prices are very reasonable, especially at 5a7. Jeff was very accommodating as a manager and attentive to our needs. Chris is a great bartender, he's skilled and fun. I had thought this was just a beer place but he makes great cocktails! Will definitely come back for future events.

Best price, excellent beer and best live music I've ever experienced in a pub! Cheers BRUTOPIA ? The band made an unbelievable atmosphere by their amazing playing. Loved them. ??

Brutopia is one of the coolest and best breweries in Montreal Downtown for reasons more than one... They brew some amazing collection of beers (especially English blonde, pumpkin spice and pineapple brew) that one must enjoy whenever in downtown Montreal. Plus, Chris, who's the owner of the place is an amazing host, very friendly and warm. Great place with great beer and great people around!!! ❤️??? If you ever go there because of my review, just say Hi to Chris on my behalf ?? Regards, Guru

Haven't been here in ages, I was walking down Ste Catherine on a rainy afternoon and figured why not, for old times sake. One of the oldest brewpubs in town, and definitely the one with the most "worked in" feel. I wouldn't go so far as to call it divey, but it has history, that's for sure. I had stopped patronizing here because the beers were sometimes off, either too buttery, astringent, oxidized or otherwise just "off". I don't know if it's the heat, nostalgia or a new brewer but this time around my pint of classic IPA was pretty tasty. It's comforting to know that when everyone else is doing hazy beers, this beer is still available. Service and ambiance has always been great here, I just hope the beer quality stays like this.

Sampled a couple of flights and really enjoyed everything we tried. Tacos and nachos were the perfect sharing meal to go with the beer. Fun place.

I like how this place feels on many levels. First because it is a proper brewery in the heart of town, but also for the casual vibe and local community that connects with the bar. As a traveler and a regular (how’s that even possible) - every time I need a proper craft beer and a burger in downtown - there’s no better place.
