★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Brunet charged me 145.00$ to sign Florida Condo Sale papers in front of him....My son who was co-owner lives in Southern Ontario and paid a notary 50.00$ to sign the same papers.....He had asked the price to three other notaries and the most expensive was 60.00$. Mr. Brunet,I feel Took advantage of a senior citizen..

I got off the phone with him and he said that it would be difficult but he could make it happen. Robert took away a lot of stress and worries that are involved with selling and purchasing a home. Great worker I highly recommend him.
