★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited an hour for our food and we only ordered a burger and a sandwich. The restaurant wasn't very busy maybe half full. When we finally got it everything was cold. Items we ordered were missing. The taste of the food was very disappointing considering the high prices. Browns use to be a quality place to eat. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for the scenery and cleanliness of the restaurant and another star for the great Customer Service received from our waiter and the manager.
My family and I went there on a weekend and the food was actually really bad.
The "blackened" chicken was actually burnt, and salty, pasta was oily and salty, burger was really salty and the salad was missing some pizzazz.
We had to drink tea to offset the upset stomach feeling after.
I'm not sure if the chef had a bad day or he/she needs some more training but the taste of the food was definitely not it. As a first time customer, I would not return for the food at all.
The wait time was a bit too long as well, might be an indicator of the kitchen being understaffed..maybe.
If the restaurant could improve on the above mentioned issues, I believe they'll do better for future customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't gone to Browns for months because the number of times before that the food was bad, service was bad, and very over priced. Just came for brunch and ordered eggs Benedict. The eggs were mangled and hard when I ordered soft, plain English muffin not toasted or buttered. Hollandaise sauce was a hard dollop on the eggs and cold. My friend ordered steak and eggs. The steak was so cold the butter wouldn't melt on the steak and her eggs were completely hard when she ordered soft. Server didn't come out until we were done eating to see how the food was. Said the manager would come out, made us wait 20 minutes just for the server to say they took a drink off the bill instead of talking to us. Had to go up to ask for service. Don't come here, consistently awful and poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to a couple of Browns SH, one in Vernon BC and one in Kelowna BC. Always had a great meal. The Yorkton location did not disappoint. The wait staff was pleasant and accommodating. However, the kitchen was slow. There were 21 guests and it took over one hour to get Nachos and soup and salad. I’ve been in locations where we had a 15 minute wait to get a table and the food came 15 minutes after ordering, but never this long. The GM needs to address the kitchen wait times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went out on St. Valentine's. Maybe it was a mistake. The restaurant was quite busy and I believe understaffed. Service was polite but slow. No problem if our food would have arrived hot. It did not! Luke warm at best. At least it was tasty but cool is cool. I wonder why we avoid going out on special occasions.
