I was provided, by Mr. Richard Cross with the wrong job description at the time.
2)I was told that, I will be a heavy equipment operator ONLY. At a starting rate of 27 CAD
Per hour during the probationary period.
3)I started on June.04th.2018 , working from 7am to 6 pm, it was nothing like the job
description, it involved
A)Property Maintenance
B)Doing all the paperwork that superintendent supposed to do
C)Heavy Equipments maintenance
D)Answering the phone
E)Customer service
F)Fixing and solving computer issues for Mr. Richard, at work and at for his wife’s Art business Store
G)Solving issues with Mr. Richard’s cell phone, and calling service
Providers to solve it
H)Covering Mr. Richard position, while he is not on the Site most
of the time
I)Publishing ads, for Marketing purpose, using my own laptop
J)Running from the scale house to the site back and forth using my
own vehicle and my own gas. It is approximately 1 km each way
K)Loading and unloading vehicles with Mr. Richard personal stuff
at the barn or trailer
L)Forwarding company’s call to my own personal cell phone and
answer them
M)Be in charge of the security on Site
N)Clean the office which is located at the scale house
O)Mountain Mr. Richard personal swing set at the entrance of the Site
None of this was mentioned at the interview as a possible
