Steven has over 27years of 12volt experience in the automotive industry, 20years in the Auto Accessory industry and 4years in the RV industry. Born and raised in Lethbridge, moved to Brooks in 1994 and opened a audio shop in 1995 (Sound Vibrations Audio). Loves camping with his wife Laura and dogs Simon, Sophie, and soon Dug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little hard to find at first, this is the place to stop in if you need help. Steve went above and beyond to help us with a leak in our RV’s hot water system. Lent us a shop vac to remove the water from our vents, and fixed our plumbing issue quickly. Thank you Steve !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a cross-Canada motorhome trip, our electric steps fell apart and we weren't able to drive further without doing more damage. All other dealers told us it would take at least a week before we could get a service appointment, but Steve was kind enough to fit us in first thing the next morning. He spent time diagnosing the issue and went above and beyond to help get us back on the road. While we waited, other customers came in and everyone told us how amazing Steve was. Very impressed and grateful!

Steve went above and beyond to deal with the first issue, and each following that we discovered. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and we felt fortunate to find an expert while traveling. Would recommend to anyone having RV issues. Thanks Steve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve was amazing, our winch to raise and lower our roof on our pop up stopped working after raising the roof approximately 15cm. We were at a provincial campground in the dark at 8pm just outside of Brooks. We slowly made our way back to Brooks and stayed in a Motel. Contacted Steve the next morning and he was able to figure out the problem, fix it, lower the roof and get us back on the road for our travels across Canada.
