★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE brookman Manor. Annette the caretaker is so friendly and takes care of the building very well. It is extremely clean all the time. Apartment is lovely! Rent is very good especially with utilities and basic cable included. Other tenants very friendly. This block has a great environment. And is so incredably close to all kinds of shopping. Great location to live in. Highly recommend.
