★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These workers are VERY SLOW! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. They have been doing our building every single year and they CANNOT FINISH IT. EVERY SEASON THEY COME IN FOR SOMETHING. BUT THESE WORKERS ARE LIKE TURTLE. SLOOOWWWWW!
If you can also see their work on our building, they do not have the proper equipment to keep everyone safe. Playing LOUD MUSIC IN OUR BASEMENT WHILE WORKING!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our parking lot at 145 neptune drive has been closed for over 6 months. Now I see why. This company likes to drag out projects for no reason. The one man who claims to be the supervisor on site (there is only one other worker here so maybe he supervises him?) is extremely unprofessional, abrasive and rude. He just yelled at me to “use common sense” for asking a simple question about the parking lot. Furthermore, they wanted to tow my car for parking where the fences had all been opened up. Instead of taking time to put signs up so tenants know where it is legally okay to park they expect us to be mind readers and take the chance of getting ticketed and towed. This project should not be taking this long and I plan to file a formal complaint with the company about the behaviour of the workers. Added to that they constantly start “work” at 640AM. I think they turn loud machines on to make people believe they are actually working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never do business with this company again. They hired our company for general contacting work and NEVER paid. For months they gave us the run around and left us in the dark when we have employees of our own to pay. Had to get collections involved to collect a simple payment. Terribly unprofessional behaviour exhibited by so called ‘management’. What kind of people think it’s okay to hire a company for a service and just NOT pay? And during a global pandemic. For shame. Run for the hills if you ever hear the name ‘Brook Restoration’. No surprise that every review higher than 2 stars is fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started demo of walls within a unit without proper permits, city came in and shut down work until permits were acquired. Installed Windows/doors without properly enclosing exterior spaces which was exposed to rain/wind/snow for months definitely damaging the spray foam insulation which will absolutely lead to mold growth and deterioration. Did not complete repairs of ceiling/walls during the installation of windows and expected tenants to months later again remove curtains/windows coverings/etc to accomodate repairs. The workers had been given master keys and freely walk in and out of apartments while working, leaving the doors insecure at times, from what I can tell with no supervision or regard for privacy/decency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction workers are YELLING all day long, using profanity and being totally disrespectful to neighbours. I actually thought it was a STREET FIGHT and went downstairs to see if I should call the police and instead it was the construction workers. A nightmare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These man walked around shouting at each other early morning in a townhouse complex filled with families. They started work sometimes as early as quarter after seven in the morning when by law they are not allowed to start until 8 AM. They were asked not to park in our parking spots and they are still parking in our parking spot so tenants have nowhere to go. I have been trying to get through this company for almost a week now I’ve had no return phone calls they do not care about customer service obviously and now reading all of these reviews I am just appalled at their shotty unprofessional approach to business.
This company so he embarrassed by the performance and a little bit more accountable if they don’t want people giving them one star reviews
