Working with Melisia was amazing. As a new motorcycle rider, I was struggling to find insurance, even with the company I had been with for years. Melisia was knowledgeable and efficient, and got me coverage within a couple of hours. She even made sure I received my pink card before she left for the day. I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been with blue circle for several years now. Can’t say enough good things about this company, my broker Melisia Judge is fantastic! Her help is quick and efficient and goes above and beyond to help me out with everything I need! Highly recommend blue circle to anyone and especially with the help of Melisia Judge!

I have been dealing with Blue Circle in Calgary for a number of years. Rates always seem to be competitive. If I were to 'knock' anything it would be turnover (or rebalancing of work) in that you don't seem to maintain the same agent overtime, but that can be understandable. On balance though I have to say they have been great. Just putting together some boat insurance for the first time ever and dealt with Vanessa. She's been prompt, informative, communicative, etc... Finding good customer service is difficult nowadays and you really have to applaud those companies getting it right. Thanks guys (Vanessa particularly)

New to Red Deer and Blue Circle was recommended to me by some people on facebook. I requested a quote and Melisia Judge got back to me within the hour. I cannot say enough about the service and value she provides to her clients. I have already sent over 2 additional families so far and they are happy with the rates and service as well. Thanks so much for everything you do and look forward to being a client for years to come.

I had been a client of Blue Circle for many years now. I recently contacted my broker by phone to set up Insurance for my new home and the broker refused to help me unless I filled out a very unprofessional looking questionnaire regarding the details of the home. Unfortunately I do not have a printer and the broker refused to answer or return my phone calls so I informed the broker that I used the online quote tool to fill in the answers to provide the info for the new home. The broker still refused to help me even though I have provided all of the necessary information and still will not return my emails or calls. I phoned a different broker on Tuesday and they were able to get the info, provide the quote over the phone in a 17 min call. I will not recommend Blue Circle if you enjoy any kind of customer service.

Vanessa Simmons, Client Account Manager & Stuart Menu, Personal Insurance Advisor are useless! I do not recommend using this company for ANY insurance needs. Multiple attempts to have my Condo insurance renewed went unanswered. If they have no respect for responding on multiple attempts and taking my money for insurance, I can only imagine what they must be like if you need a claim processed. With so many Insurance options why would anyone waste time to try and deal with this company?

I'll start by saying I have never given a review for any company But , This company needs to see what there staff are really like. We have waited weeks for a return call and lord know how long to have problems solved, My wife called and asked what the price would be for insurance on our ATV, The next thing we know we get a bill for that insurance, we didn't ask to put it on our policy but there so called client account manager just add it to our policy and billed us, needless to say we took out insurance needs to a different company. Let this be a wake up call for the owners, Rather then giving them a fancy position name, Try giving them people skills .
