M	Mouad Benaicha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Jan 29th, 2020. Broker link did not honor the premium they promised back in July 2019 which was supposed to be 50/month. Instead they sent me my updated insurance including a 2nd driver for a 200/month added premium! My insurance went up by 200/month for an added occasional driver. I told them to give me a quote before you update my policy but instead they just updated my policy charging me 200/month without my consent. This has probably been the poorest customer service I've ever received from a service company. I will be cancelling my policy in the coming week. In the end I only received headaches upon headaches, spare yourself your sanity and find a professional broker that prioritizes customer service. _________________________________________ Horrible customer Service. I requested to add a 2nd driver on July 2019, I was told Wawanesa was 1 month behind on issuing and Brokerlink will call me when they've added the 2nd driver. I called back every 4-6 weeks for the past 5-6 months now to follow up on my request. Every time I was given an excuse with no follow up or an email of a record for our conversation. Today is Dec 26th 2019 and I have yet to receive confirmation that a 2nd driver was added to my policy. I could only image the customer service I will receive in an event of claim. I cannot recommend Brokerlink to anyone looking for a professional/responsive car insurance broker. Do yourself a favor and look for another broker.

When it climbed close to $5000 a year for two vehicles and a house, I called independent brokers one was able to save me just shy of $2100.... This brokerage is owned by Intact insurance neither is looking out for your best interests, spend the time call other brokerage companies you will be glad you did.
F	Fahrus Sittard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Required photos of 4 sides of Van, +Tittle. Even though I asked not for full car coverage. Insurance provider ( not Brokerlink) was aggressively protecting other vehicle's insurer,(??) Rather than providing a service to me. Too complicated.

L	Lindsay Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE. Do not engage due to fraudulent quoting practices. Hopefully this situation does not happen to others. I was quoted on March 18, 2022 $2489 for a combined home and auto insurance policy with Intact Insurance through Brokerlink. I made an application on March 28, 2022 with the understanding this quote had not changed. The policy was issued today $731.60 higher than what I applied for on March 28, 2022. While I understand that a quote can change after first issuance, insurance companies should not have authority to increase my premiums by this amount without first giving written consent that I have been informed of this increase and still consent to going forward with the policy. These are abhorrent business practices and hopefully can bring some awareness to the practices of Intact and Brokerlink.
D	Dil Amrit P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. I requested my policies be canceled and this office has been giving me the run around since. First the broker incorrectly terminated the policy but claims she did it at the correct date. I find out from another broker that was not the case and he would correct it. A few days later, the insurer issues out a refund cheque and bill of notice that my policy bill is due. I've called and spoke to now 4 brokers and yet have no contact with a manager to have this sorted out. Don't waste your time with horrendous service

Angie Guo put in the insurance policy without my permission - she said she wouldn't until I approved the premium but she did it anyway. She left me waiting for days to find out what was happening and would not call me on the phone. She scammed me by saying that she needed my void-cheque to find out how much the premium and deposit would cost but assured me that she would not start the policy until I approved it. I have been paying for a policy for 14 days without knowing it. I am reporting them to the Better Business Burrow. I better not be charged anything.
