Made an appointment for a chip repair. Service was prompt and thorough. Covid-19 protocols were very good. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service and customer care. My car was broken into on a Friday evening before a long weekend and all other body shops/auto glass repair shops were closed. I contacted Broco and I ended up with the owner, Allan, on the phone and he went above and beyond to try and help out. He drove down on the Saturday morning (statutory holiday) from South Surrey to this Richmond location and took in the car and was able to set me up with a courtesy car for a couple of days. They weren't able to get the glass repaired over that time because the warehouse was closed until Monday but I was able to at least have a car over the long weekend. The glass was ordered and repaired on the Monday and I was back up and ready to go back to work on Tuesday. Amazing customer care and I hope I won't need their services going forward but if I ever do, this shop is my first call. Thank you so much!

Absolutely the worst service. Period. AND they will try to scam you for things you don't need. They tried to sell me a side window but I don't have a broken window! Even if it was something I needed, I wouldn't get it from them anyhow. Simpy talking to the guy for 1 minute will ruin your day. Such a bad attitude. I don't usually post reviews but this place is a must avoid. Go somewhere else. They might be a convienient location but the price and their attitude is simply not worth it. I went in to get an advice for a window mechanical issue (my car window wouldn't close all the way). I know they only deal with replacing auto glass but I figured they may know something about it. As soon as I pulled in and I brought up the issue, I immediately sensed that the guy didn't want to deal with it. I told him that I am completely willing to pay for his labour cost if he can fix it. After taking the panel off from the car, he said that only way he can fix it is if I purchase a brand new side window for $430+tax. Remember, I don't have a broken window. But he insisted I have to buy one because, this is his logic, the current window is a wrong side. Ummm... the window has been working fine for the last 8 month that I've been driving it. Did the window shrink?? When I pressed him on it, he simply said he can't fix it until I buy a new one. When I indicated that I'll only pay for the labour and that I'm not willing to buy a new window which I don't need, he told me to take it somewhere else. As he walked away he shouted "you're welcome," insisting that I thank him. Thanks for what? Thanks for not fixing the problem and failing to scam customers? Here is the kicker. I went to a mechanic down the street and the problem was so easy to fix, they didn't charge me anything for it. Do not walk in to this place if you hate stupid people. You will come out with ranging anger.

Good job. There was a slight delay because the supplier shipped them a windshield with a small scratch. Not Broco's fault. Will go back if Murphys law strikes again.

Shop guy was super nice!! I brought my car here after broken window and he pointed out paint scratches so unfortunately it had to be taken to a autobody instead. However he still vacuumed and cleaned the glass up in my car for free before sending me on my way!!

Never experienced such unprofessional service. Alan the manager gives this company a bad name. I would never use Broco services again because of this experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I would rather have a cracked window and risk a ticket infraction than deal with this business again.

Garbage customer service, as well as poor workmanship. Brought car in on Saturday for quote, the manager Alan, didn't even bother cleaning up the cracked glass, before putting on temporary cover, resulting in scratches on painted surface. Went for glass replacement the following Monday. The guy absolutely destroyed the door varnish by using duct tape instead of masking tape. Told me something was wrong with the car, and asked me to pay an extra $25 to fix this problem for his incompetency. Should've went to SpeedyGlass instead...

I got a rock chip repair from here and in less than a week it started chipping again. Tried calling back to see if they could fix the poor job they did but they said they couldn’t do a second repair after one had already been done. They said that any other place would say they same but they were wrong. I went to Richmond Auto Glass on Bridgeport and they did an amazing job FREE of charge and they had far better service. I was in and out WAY faster than at Broco. Very disappointing service here, don’t waste your time, just head to Richmond Auto Glass to save time and money. Hopefully Broco will learn do be less lazy with their work and to have better service for their customers.
