★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice rest area that borders the river. It is long and somewhat narrow, though picnic tables are nearby.
There is also on display a Francis turbine runner from the Brilliant Dam and Generating Station. It was in service from 1950 to 2002 and is permanently displayed in the rest area.
