★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Brilliant Dam and Powerplant viewpoint is located on highway 3A, just downstream of the dam. At the site, there multiple informational signs describing the history of the dam. When we stopped in mid-June, the spillways were open and incredible volumes of water were surging through, it was really a sight to see!
