We were undecided on whether to send our daughter back to daycare due to COVID, but after seeing for ourselves the great care being taken to ensure the safety for all involved, we are certain we made the right decision to send her back. My daughter is ecstatic to be playing with her friends again and we are so pleased at the creative activities she gets to enjoy. Thank you to all the team at Brightpath-Trowers, we really appreciate all that you do. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone considering, the staff and facilities are great!

This is an all-star day care. My daughter was in toddler and graduated to pre-school last winter. We love all the programs at the center and there is a lot of learning for kids. The frog street curriculum is holistic and reasonably paced. Food is nutrition filled and balanced and there is a wide variety of veg and non-veg options. As it goes with every day care we need some communication and adjustments so that our kids get the right care. The center director makes every effort to hear our needs and set reasonable expectations on parent responsibility. My daughter also loves the teachers and she is fond of them. We get regular updates on App on her day. Daily pictures help us to converse with her on how the day was. Lastly, the center has done tremendously well in managing safety during Covid crisis. There is good amount of screening on a daily basis. The center director also sends regular communications on how they are handling the situation, what to expect and how to manage. We have not had any situation where certain rules were pushed on us. Overall, great staff that provides right care to kids.

Please note that this daycare has recently gone through major restaffing and the result is disturbing. The teachers have no time to respond or address concerns. Personal request are not being addressed. My daughter returned home multiple times in her nap diaper, she is fully potty trained. Additionally we were mislead about their JK program, which they dont have. We were put in a position were our daughter has no where to go in September. We immediately reached out and found a different school for her mid August and requested that her sister leaves as well because we cannot seperate the girls. The school is still charging us money for September, which is absolutely unacceptable. We were put in a very difficult position and instead of being supportive they only created additional financial stress for us. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Everytime I call I can NEVER get a soul to answer the phone throughout the day or even closing time. I will leave detailed messages as requested on the answering machine and NO ONE would ever call me back. Last week, February 3rd, 2022, I had an on-site appointment and someone called me. Not to address me about the voicemails I left seeking more information; but, to tell me there will be a snow storm and they are asking if I could reschedule. I did reschedule for February 10th, 2022. I got a text message and email reminder the day before my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I got there on time and to my surprise, no one was there. ALL LIGHTS WERE OFF AND DOORS CLOSED ?. I did a follow-up email to let them know this is unacceptable because people have to work and they make the effort to be at these viewings. NO ONE REPLIED TO THIS DAY!. TOO MANY RED FLAGS AT THIS PLACE. If you have a sick child STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE. Too many red flags.

Both out kids have had the pleasure of going to Brightpath daycare. Every teacher and other staff members we have met, have always had a positive and professional attitude. Our children love their teachers and friends and was complaining daily, when the Centre was closed earlier this year. You feel like “a part of the family”, when you talk to the staff at drop off and pick up. The gym makes it possible for the children to exercise even on cold or hot days, and that is very important to us. Along with the good (and plenty) food and fun activities our children have had all their needs met, and we will recommend Brightpath to anyone!

I would like to say Thank you to the team that professionally deals with my kids.  my children have been going to Brightpath for 4 days already and I see how much they have changed, they have become more active, joyful.  I could not potty train the my son, but today I received a notification that my son sat on potty. I was very happy. I am very satisfied with this place. Highly recommend.

Today was my son's first day at Brightpath and I must say that I am so happy with the attentiveness of the staff and their efforts to keep me posted on my son's progress throughout the day. They understood my anxiousness at being separated for the first time from my baby and made the effort to call me throughout the day to update me. It was my little guy's first time away from me and I am so happy with the care that he received at Brightpath. Although it was our first time being physically at the centre today, I felt quite knowledgeable in what to expect as Jennifer the centre director made sure that I had all the information that I needed prior to today. She was in constant contact with me in preparation for our first day that it instantly put me at ease with the thought of my baby attending the centre. So far it's been a pleasure and I am very happy that I chose Brightpath for my baby's care!

When I started my search for daycares this place was at the top of my list. Their mission statement, the pictures of their facility and majority of reviews on Google were all great. However, in reality, I have NO IDEA how parents manage to even enroll their kids here. I was trying to reach out to the centre for 3 weeks over the phone, emails and using their website “request”/“book a tour” forms. The director finally came back to me after several follow ups and scheduled a tour, only that day she didn’t show up! The same happened next day when I scheduled a new tour over the website. She didn’t even bother to send an email to me to reschedule, cancel the appointment or apologize. What disrespectful behaviour! Either they don’t care about securing new clientele or there is a serious flaw in understanding that customer experience is just as important as quality of childcare. My friend also has a daughter the same age and is looking for a daycare in the area too. She really liked this place as well but because of my terrible experience with this place she decided to look for another facility. BrightPath, what a shame! You’ve just let two new clients walk out the “door”. For future, you may want to work with your staff to educate them on the importance of customer experience, or the simple courtesy of a call back.
