He was sick every single week, kids had snot all over their faces, and kids were allowed back to school as long as there was no fever, even with things like hand foot and mouth where they were still quite contagious. I was never notified when someone in his class was sick (with something other than a cold), would have been nice to have a heads up. They never actually checked my son's vaccine booklet. They did activities with the kids which was nice, however my son still cried every single time I dropped him off, and he went there for almost a year. He's in JK now and no problem dropping him off. I hope things are better now with Covid restrictions but I will not be taking my next kid there.

However, we recently put our daughter here and decided it wasn’t the right time since two days in she was already getting sick and then bringing it home to get our son sick who then couldn’t attend school. It’s not their fault she got sick, but unfortunately when I called to pull her out after just 2 days they proceeded to lie to my wife and I about returning our payments, then processed additional payments from an account that wasn’t even referenced on our contract… Adina promised multiple times that we would be reimbursed the full amount, less the two days she attended. Over a month has gone by, they don’t respond to emails or calls, then when I do get them on the phone they tell me they decided to keep over $1000 because the contract states we are to give 1 months notice… I would avoid this place, management is unprofessional, they basically stole from us, and I am very disappointed, because the child care is actually great. Heather, if you see this, I’d love if you’d return the 10 missed calls you have from me, I don’t have time to keep chasing you. Thanks!
A	Anca I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful daycare and i consider myself and my baby girl extremely fortunate for having stumbled upon this centre! The staff is amazing, caring, and my little girl loves being there - she even asks me on weekends if she can go to the kiddies. The progress in her cognitive abilities is clear and significant. She has learned so many words and is a lot more confident than before she started. It's such peace of mind to see her walking in the daycare happily and to see her all smiley and excited in the pictures from her day. Thank you so much for everything you do for my baby girl! ??

We are sent updates and he is always doing some sort of activity. He is in the infant classroom right now and we are honestly so pleased. The staff is just amazing and super friendly.

They are serious about medical and other needs and ensure they understand what is needed. The teachers truly care about the children. My oldest started JK in September and they still ask how he's doing. My youngest currently attends the center. The staff are always so happy to see her, she is always busy doing many different activities. We are so happy we made the move here from our previous center.

The centre's Director and Assistant Director are very proactive and excellent communicators. They always go above and beyond to ensure our little ones are taken care of and safe, especially throughout these last 2 years. It has been wonderful to have reliable, consistent childcare. We never worry about sending our kids because they are in the best hands! The food and facilities are wonderful too, no complaints here! We only have wonderful things to say about this location :)

Adina is one of the most genuine, caring, loving human being I have ever met in my entire life. 2 of my daughters have attended this daycare centre, one is still currently enrolled and they have made the transition for both my girls soooo easy! Every single educator in that building goes above and beyond for each child to make them feel so loved and at home during their time there! If your looking for a great, friendly, fun, exciting, child care for your minion(s) - look no further!
