I	Isela Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my daughter in the pre kinder room and she loves it! The staff tell me about my daughters day and she always has a blast during the day. They plan a variety of activities that keep her engaged and she is always excited to come.
e	eveline somo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really excited to register my son 13 month. But really fast we realized that It was not the place for him. Several times we arrived and noticed that he was crying and was not attended by the personal present in the same room. He lost a lot of weight even as I was sending his favorite food. I'm not sure if he was taking his naps properly because many times we had sleepless nights because the boy was crying all night. We had to take him out of there after a month. It took us almost a month to get him back to his normal routine ( meals and naps). I expressed my concerns to the director and the personal but the answer I was getting was the daycare is new for him and it is normal for him to cry and eat less. I hope in the future the personal will be more patient with younger kids that integrate daycare for the first time. Yes it is a process but at the same time kids that yound just need to be reassured. Hope my review will help someone else and help to adjust the service provide.

The director is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they are very good at keeping you informed about your child. They are always doing fun and educational things with the kids, and lots of outside time. I would recommend this daycare to anyone!

This is the 3rd daycare our family has been a part of since our son was born in 2015 and it is by far the best of the bunch. When we moved to Spruce Grove we toured and interviewed multiple daycares and we are SO HAPPY we went with Bright Horizons. The staff are friendly to the parents and each other, loving to the children, and very communicative. The daily activities are varied and include games, learning, arts and crafts, outdoor time (rooftop patio PLUS playing at the amazing park across the way) and are based on the desires and needs of the children. Having my children attend Bright Horizons feels like being a part of a family and I love that I am positive my two little ones are being cared for to the highest standards. My son is rambunctious, inquisitive, and outgoing and I feel like the staff embrace his energy while also working with him on things like "listening ears" and using his words. My daughter can have really big "stranger danger" and yet at Bright Horizons she has taken such a liking to the teachers and the environment. Every day when I pick her up she has the biggest smile on her face. I truly believe the staff at Bright Horizons care about my children as individuals and I couldn't be happier. I've recommended Bright Horizons to anyone that asks and will continue to do so! Thank you to the whole team there!

She was previously at dayhomes and ever since going to Bright Horizons she has thrived so much in every aspect of learning and hitting her milestones. She loves going to "school" which makes it so easy to take her there everyday. My daughter loves all the staff, they treat her like their own. Very happy with our decision and plan to be there for many years.

He has so much fun with all his friends there. I can’t wait to bring him and his little brother back after maternity leave!

The staff are so friendly and caring and truly make the experience for our little one so special. The crafts, sensory activities, outdoor adventures, and communication to us about how our daughter's day was truly impresses us and we are very grateful for all that the staff do here. We started during the pandemic so while we have had few interactions with the staff they are all super friendly and kind when we do see them. The ladies in the infant room are truly incredible. The pre kinder room is always doing so many activities and my 4 year old loves it. Hailey and Ashley always greet us with a smile and have been wonderful to deal with, they made the transition to this daycare so smooth. I would highly recommend this daycare!
