I think everyone is skeptical when you see advertisements that state "yes we will buy your home, close in 5 days" Sameer and Bridgedale home buyers were the easiest people to deal with. They do what they say and work very diligently with you to get things done very quickly. They are more than accommodating, are very fair and do what they can to make the process of selling a home very stress free. We involved them with the sale of my parents home when they became medically compromised quickly and i am so glad we did. The situation was made more difficult by one family member's extreme emotional attachment to the childhood home (the reason it wasn't sold years ago!). Sameer from Bridgedale Home Buyers handled the situation with great skill and care. He explained the process carefully to this family member, offered a fair deal, and answered many questions. My husband and I joked together that he was part philosopher, part psychologist, part businessman. We would highly recommend Sameer and Bridgedale Home Buyers for any unique or unusual circumstances like those we faced.
