His response times are bar-none and his knowledge of the minutiae of the whole process, and what to watch out for, were very beneficial to us. I was blown away by his gorgeous listing pictures. We had LOTS of showings right away and I think it was largely because of how his pictures captured the house. He is always answered our questions and being at the ready to give us any further answers to our questions. It’s difficult when you’re looking at real estate from a far as we live in Ontario. The last few months we were looking more seriously and couldn’t get out here so we had our sons view a few properties on our behalf. Brian was very patient and recognized our limitations. He is not a pushy guy he is in it for the long-haul and wants the buyer to get exactly what they want. We would highly recommend Brian as your next realtor.
