He took into consideration my preferences and budget and was quick to respond - whether it be to schedule a viewing appointment or place an offer. Currently, it is a seller's market and he was always positive and encouraging during times when a couple of my offers were not accepted. He kept in touch and maintained communication throughout the process. Thanks to him - he acted quickly to secure the purchase of the property I desired. He gave sound advice on the value of the property and provided the facts needed to make the right decision on my purchase.
I reached out to 2 reputable realtors before my brother referred me to Brendon. My experience was discouraging as neither made any effort to connect with me to help me.

We discussed what we wanted and our price range. Brendon scheduled multiple viewings so we could see multiple properties when we travelled to Campbell River.
We knew we made the right choice when we saw a property that needed lots of work and Brendon said that he would not let us pay more than a certain price for it. It was clear that he was putting our needs first and wanted to ensure that we were happy with our purchase.
