★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience with this vaccum store! I came in for a simple fix, something that another store had said would take 5 minutes to fix and $20...I thought I had brought my vacuum to the place I spoke with but when we arrived there they took the vacuum from us, and said it wouldn't be ready until the following week. I waited until 2 days after they said it would be ready, called them and they hadn't even started any repairs! They gave the excuse that they were "too busy," when they sensed my anger they had me speak to their service man who said he would have to do further repairs to complete the job.....this was looking upwards of $100. I said absolutely not and picked up my vacuum! I took it to A Vacuum Centre right around the corner....had the repair done in 5 minutes for $20! Don't go to this store...absolute scammers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to serivice our central vacuum as there was zero suction in the pipes. Aaric showed up to look at the issue. He was very polite, professional and explained various things. Their price was very reasonable.. and nothing extra than quoted price over the phone.
I highly recommended them.....

Janette and Aaric are both so friendly, informative, and efficient. They ordered my unit right away and the whole system was installed and ready for me to use within 10 days (right before Christmas). I am so happy with my purchase and so glad I chose this company

Janette & Aaric been nothing but fantastic at customer service. Anytime we need them they answer promptly and deliver on their promise.
They installed Retraflex in our house and it works great.
I suggest anyone looking for vacuum service not to look any further and give them a call.
