1. cloth sheet on the bed, not paper.
2. her cold wax product is superior to anything I have seen.
3. normally I would bleed a lot, and with her product, I hardly bled.
4. she is very talkative and friendly.
5. she is very accommodating - she let me bring my bicycle right into her house!
6. she is honouring and human about everything, including body position.
7. her room temperature was perfect.
8. she loves her job and it really shows.
