The attendant who tended the call was very polite, clear and thorough. Three Professional Gentlemen moved my Grand Piano from point A to B using efficient materials and equipment to get the job done, right on time. Nevertheless, Braymore understood and completed the assignment, flawlessly. I would definitely rely on and use this company again. In conclusion I say, this is a 5 star company.

The 4 starts review is because of they are very busy and hard to get an appointment and second is their staff walk in with the shoes on on apartment, I expected to have a shoe cover when they will walk in or roll a blanket like to walk on it, some movers are doing on that way. Anyway, overall very good service and experience.

But on the day of my piano delivery , I'm amazed how professional abd prompt they were with the time pickup and arrival at my house. They handled the move proficiently caring about my other furniture. They were done in no time. And they were all pros in their job. I am thankful that they were referred to me.

Other companies told me they would need to go on the neighbor's property. I am very pleased with Braymore's service. The crane operator really knows his stuff.

The movers were friendly and polite. They were able to get the piano in the basement without any problems or damage to the walls or piano. Which I was concerned about due to the tight left turn into the basement.
