Super cute place , I loved the decor ! To be honest it was a really long time that I didn’t eat that well. The Rockefeller oysters were soooo good ! I’ve been dreaming to have risotto or pasta with squid ink and the risotto was great a bit salty but still, they just need to serve some ustensils to be able to eat that lobster. The tartare and raviolis were super. The deserts were not bad. As for the Negronis they were tasty.

We had a fabulous time this past Sunday at Brasserie 701. Serving staff Noeami was wonderful- friendly, knowledge and approachable. The food was fab! Attached photos Cinnamon Roll with Bacon, Scone, and the Four Gras on toast (so wonderful and filling!). Of course took advantage of the bottomless mimosas for brunch! The decor and feel is très chic; staff totally bilingual. Will definitely go back when in Montréal!

I went for a breakfast and it was fine. Overall the food was okay but nothing amazing in my opinion, just a regular breakfast that anyone would enjoy. I had the salmon benedict plate and I must say it tasted as the same as any popular breakfast chain. I expected something great from their orange juice at the price you pay but it tasted exactly like Tropicana and was definitely not fresh. Although, I still give it 4 stars, because the location is amazing and the staff were perfect.

Starting with the pros, this restaurant is decorated beautifully. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I do not usually like diner coffee but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee here. However, the food was very underwhelming. It lacked flavour and we had to ask for salt, syrup, ketchup and any other fix-ins which we would’ve needed. Although, the bottomless mimosas are definitely a plus!

My husband and I went to this place for Valentines day. Beautiful ambiance, loved their playlist (really good taste in music), the staff very friendly especially our waitress. We got there around 5:15pm so empty at first but as time went by, few other people started coming in. We ordered a non alcoholic drinks for both of us ( which my mojito tasted more like flavored lemon water) my husband liked his drink though. We had the à la carte menu for Valentines for $80 each, which included -three oysters each with mignonettes (yum!) -hazelnut flavored mushroom soup -home made foie gras -duck leg confit with butter potatoes mille feuille -filet mignon -chocolate cake dessert Better than expected! The oysters were very fresh, not to forget my mushroom soup was velvety and tasty, the duck was really juicy and tender omg. (but to be honest, the filet mignon was okay...i would’ve gave 4 stars but overall the restaurant deserves better for everything we experienced) It was well worth the money, I thanked my husband for choosing this place, it was like a quiet romantic dinner filled with people with class. See you again.

A truly memorable restaurant, with terrific servers, and exceptional food. The mushroom ravioli was a huge hit. And the dry gin martini was the best ever. It's a very laid-back environment so plan to spend a lot of time here.

We had a wonderful Christmas evening dinner at this place!! Everything tasted and looked tempting!! The restaurant decorated classy, perfect for holiday dinner or romantic nights. Service was amazing! We only got Christmas dinner menu, so unfortunately we couldn’t try more. But I will definitely come back in a non holiday season to try their other cuisines from the regular menu. One more things to improve, a medium rare stake can be cooked more moist. Mine was a bit dry and chewy.

Our 1st trip to Montreal. My husband and I went to this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary ? Everything was great. The place in general is cozy and romantic. The staff were so friendly. The steak was so delicious. Highly recommended ?
