My friend just bought a house a and we really like it Me and my husband started planning to buy a house that was under construction next to my friend house and we already Contacted my friend's Realtor Debra to show that house to us so we can move forward but As soon as we saw my friend is having issues in the house and the builder is not even Listening We backed out right away.
He use so poor quality that in first month the ceiling started leaking in bedroom and living room. He never even responded back and my friend was so stressed. Thank you to Tim Lawyer who advised my friend to go with Home warranty program.
I will never buy house from Brar Builder.
