She was so courteous and friendly and made my first visit an unforgettable one. The service was fast and everything was completed as she had said. Just picked up my 2022 Pavement GR86 MT today and could not be happier. Despite the ongoing supply chain issues and inventory problems that are currently plaguing the auto industry Anthony was able to facilitate me picking up this niche and low volume car in a reasonable timeline. His attentional to detail and care ensured my request to not have the front bumper drilled for the OEM plate mount and to have my own winter tire packaged installed before picked up was acknowledged and executed to perfection. The Service Staff and techs, especially Matthew Dawith, were very good to deal with for the installation of my after market front plate mount, as well as talking in generally about the features of the car. Could not be happier with the Experience.

He explains everything thoroughly and always asks for my consent before applying any servicing to my vehicle. He is very honest and most importantly, he thinks from a customers perspective. Give this man a RAISE and a promotion!!! He’s doing a fantastic job managing the Service department! I drive a Lexus GX460 and refuse to go to the Lexus dealership down the road to have my oil change because of a poor servicing experience. Also, I would like to add; every time when I visit, Roger the older gentlemen with sunglasses on directing the service drive through is very warm and welcoming.
