★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a small plaza it has everything you need. Several restaurants, pizza shop, dentist, walk in clinic, and across the street you have the big franchise's.
The traffic at the intersection is terrible due to people who don't understand what a speed limit is and what traffic lights are and the purpose they serve. Other then that it is a good area.
A library will be opening up soon as well at this location so expect a lot of "breaking news" on cp24 regarding pedestrians getting hit by idiot drivers.
