★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sure this owner gets any bad reviews removed. She is unprofessional and condescending. When there are issues with her clients, she runs to social media for assurance.
When you question her business practice, she gets rude and starts taking screenshots of her policies instead of explaining them.
She is way over priced and you can absolutely find better, more humble braiders in the GTA.

She is talented, friendly and the service is a pleasant experience with lots of laughs. I’ve been getting my hair done with her for years and have been completely satisfied with each style. Best hairstyle in the city! Hands down!

My hair is always at its healthiest when I go to her consistently. No matter where I am people always stop & ask me who did my braids. As a paying client, I value professionalism and Serina is alway respectful, cordial and punctual. You can tell she really loves what she does! If you're considering a post-lockdown braid-up I highly suggest you book with her ASAP.
