Rude receptionist and inappropriate phone call made to me while at home are not worth my time coming here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was proved wrong.

I recently started going regularly for massage as well, Lisa is very skilled and a very soothing person to be around and makes it her goal to ensure a calm, comfortable experience in addition to helping with injury. Overall its a very welcoming atmosphere.

Steve is a knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist, always explains what he will be doing and makes sure you understand. There has been a change in staff at reception recently, what a difference. Tish is great, really welcoming and kind. I would recommend using this clinic. Thank you.

With Lisa Chapman, you can expect to give a thorough history, and to receive constant updates of her massage therapy plan. She is knowledgeable and helpful with her explanations, and with suggested follow-up exercises. I have confidence that I am in good hands with Lisa, and appreciate her professionalism! I have had very positive experiences with physio therapists in the office over the years, as well.
