★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small Museum. Friendly staff. We went for the Christmas tour, which was o.k. Afterwards we painted small wooden Christmas decorations, this was the best part. There's not much to see, so unless you live close to the Museum I would not spend 45 minutes in traffic to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked in and had to ask the 2 staff members just looking at us if it was ok to look around. We were told we were welcome to check out the buildings but we could have a guided tour of the main building with a donation. The guide seemed to know tidbits of info of the era but very little of the family itself. We were hoping for a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the maple sugar event. Not a lot of things to do... probably because of covid. Mark was GREAT to talk to. We think Mark should have his own cookbook. His sweet tea was amazing! Thanks Mark!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So very cool. Discovered an outdoor exhibit that was both interesting, and moving to me. It illuminates the Seven Teachings or the Seven Grandfather's..something we should all practice..there are many good lessons to be learned here. I can't believe I never knew this was here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there last Sunday around 2PM, but it is closed. Misleading information on their website and at the signboard. says Open Thursday...Sunday 12 - 4. Beautiful park, great place to have a walk or a picnic on the grass, but with the gas prices $2/L it's not worth to drive all the way from Brampton. Small, abandoned garden.
