★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my Fiancé and myself went looking for an agent we took a chance on Braden having no recommendations or input on him. We found ourselves entering a market that was not great for buyers and so much so buying our new home quickly started to feel like it would be pretty tough go. Braden stepped outa the box and literally knocked on doors and by doing so found us a perfect match. After that the process was actually pretty smooth and as I write this I am sitting in my new home with my Fiancé and we love it. Great communication and there is no doubt in our mind we made the right choice picking this young man to help us threw one of the biggest purchases of our lives. Braden honestly Buffy and I thank you so much for looking after us. You sir are a rockstar with an amazing career ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Braden to sell our home. It sold in 5 days. We asked him to set up a rent back situation so that we could take our time finding our new home and ended up renting for 3 months. We found our new home in a neighbourhood we loved and close to our kid’s school. He made the process easy and stress free. Always there to answers our questions. Highly recommend and would hire him again if needed in the future!
