Highly Recommend!! Professional and friendly team, they have been so accommodating and responsive to our needs. We generally have little to no notice when an emergency arises, and they always do everything they can to accommodate our requests and respond immediately. The supervisor Brad is fantastic, he answers his phone even when he is off and helps to coordinate response units. Dispatch is always friendly when I reach them and are familiar with our stores' needs. They take their services and direction given very seriously, which is needed in security! Excellent company, we will continue using them!

Zero stars. I only took work from this company because I needed it. Right away I noticed their wage isn't even minimum wage and they avoid overtime by having a 'bonus' system. This bonus system is designed intentionally to avoid having to pay guards overtime They literally demand much more effort than they actually pay. The dispatcher was very demanding and to top it off none of the mobile patrol supervisors was either helpful or friendly. In fact there was one woman that was not only unhelpful but she tried to sneak on to my site at one point to catch me doing...? This mobile driver I'm speaking about she literally appears to enjoy using threats on guards she visits The office wasn't much better they never and do mean ever discuss issues over the phone and demand that you go down to the office regardless of where you happen to live in the city or if you have a car. In fact in my case they wouldn't even tell me what the problem was unless I went to the office. They seem to not care that mobile patrol sometimes has things happen that don't allow them to finish their hits. I've been told this twice now. They will always take the contractors side if there's an employee problem. Lastly this company has such a bad reputation in the industry here in Edmonton that an old employer called me and offered me a job because he knew I'd take it simply because of how this company treats it's staff. These people are disgusting, slimy bottom feeders. Never work for them and i'd even go so far as to suggest the 5 star ratings here are very likely shills Just an FYI here you’ll notice that NONE of the 4 and 5 star reviews have more than a couple of thumbs up whilst all the negative reviews have multiple thumbs up. Yet more evidence that these people might be shills

I would not recommend this company to work for as they believe in favoritism over professional they're lack ability to train anyone in a professional manner so that they can perform their job to the level that the company requires them to perform at. This company likes to use the word assume as part of its core values because if you are caught or assuming that you are doing something they think it is fact before doing a complete investigation of all factors and discipline you for it. And this is because of their operations manager she is unprofessional and she will become aggressive, argumentative if you challenge her authority then she will push her authority as a person in charge,power ,and control.

I got They do a great job keep Baywood a safe community at night. Very responsive if you have a concern. Had an issue thought the holidays where I was worried. They patrolled my building through out the night. Thanks guys.

Just called the emergency number for a storage yard and got these bozos. Talked to Bella and within 2 minutes she was lying to me and saying they had no way to contact the storage yard. Then she hung up on me while I was talking. Because of her stupidity I just wasted a whole day. I’d say she should go back to McDonald’s but don’t think she’s smart enough to handle that. Guaranteed I’d never recommend these bozos.

Watched three of their guards attempt to arrest a civilian on the sidewalk. I watched their untrained dog bite all four of them indiscriminately drawing blood on it's own handlers. Meanwhile they are kicking and punching this guy FACE DOWN on the ground. this certsinly was excessive. I doubt the dogs are even trained. where's SOL GEN through all this?

Horrible experience working with them. They will treat you like you're nothing. Putting guards with basic security training at advanced sites to save some bucks & their supervisor Tasha has has really short temper yelling and screaming on phone & then acting like a victim when confronted.

Worst security company ever!!! They worked the Rainmaker this year. Kinsmen should be ashamed of themselves for hiring this company. These “security guards” smoked wherever they wanted but everyone else had to be in a specific area. They kicked people out that we’re doing nothing. There was an assault by the ports potties. Nothing done. I will be getting in touch with the Kinsmen to voice these concerns. Completely unprofessional. What exact procedures does K9 have when 9 people escort someone out for nothing? Paperwork? Times? Or it’s just whatever?
