I called Randy's number and he came in the cold, laid on the icy ground, saw my problem and jury rigged a fix which got my truck started. All with a friendly manner and a helpful smile. Thank You.

When the vehicle couldn’t be fixed for our price range they helped with what options we had, phoned different wreckers for quotes and offered to store the vehicle for free if we wanted to post it on Kiji. It’s a three generation family owned business. If you live around Edmonton it is worth it 100 times over to get your car needs done here. They will treat you right and do everything they can to help.

I went in for a regular oil change, and I asked them to look into a clicking noise that was coming from my engine. They diagnosed my engine quickly and in a timely manner, but when all was said and done, they recommended that I should take my car to the dealership for a full diagnostic as they didn’t want to charge me for work that may have not been needed. Turns out my engine has Piston Slap and my entire engine needs to be replaced, and because they recommended that I see the dealership, turns out that even though my car is 7 years old and well over the 100,000 km warranty time, the dealership is covering ALL costs to replace my engine, saving me thousands of $$ in what would have easily been a very expensive bill. THANK YOU so much to Gina, Dwayne and the Keeps Mechanical staff for being professional and helping above and beyond! It is greatly appreciated!! Definitely returning to have regular maintenance from this amazing team!! ??

Gina was absolutely amazing. Super professional and kind and very patient with us. The process was fast and efficient and we enjoyed our conversation with her. The place is clean, welcoming, and uniquely styled. Thank you for making our last day of our trip/move across the country so easy and hassle-free!
