★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody bothered to show up for my booked appointment, I got there and the door was locked. They were apologetic and offered to rebook when I called them, but I suggest going somewhere where they honour their bookings. Or at the very least don't use their online booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best massage I've ever received at a fairly reasonable price. If you're looking for a place with all the foofoo frills (scented oils, wave sounds, etc) then this isn't the place for you. This is a place to get a no BS, deep and healing massage. Linda (my masseuse) is pretty amazing. I won't go for massages anywhere else after my visit to bow valley clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linda has been my massage therapist for about 4 years and she is excellent at her work. She even helped me when I had a chest cold using pressure point technique. This cleared my symptoms in about 4 days. She even provided some cough syrup for me to take home. Linda is very thoughtful, kind and an all around real good massage therapist. She can go deep or she can be gentle for relaxation massage. Go see Linda! She's awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t leave reviews like this often… but that was the absolute worst massage I have ever received. Linda barely used her hands & used mostly her elbow. When she did use her hands, it was like someone was just patting/rubbing me. I came for back pains and left feeling even worse. Very very unsatisfied with this service.

The massage is amazing and really helping with some pain I have been experiencing. It is very easy to get an appointment and the location and building is great. I am so glad we found this place!
