This place feels like home. The variety of products is UNBELIEVABLE. 100% worth it! You won’t regret it!

COVID made things worse with prices and shipments being uncontrollable. UPDATE 1 (2 STARS): I eventually did get my money back. I also heard in-store service isn’t too bad. — — — — I placed two online orders from Boutique Takwa, 4 months apart and it was never delivered on time. Not only the delivery doesn’t happen on time (although I pay for express shipment), but I have to contact them to inquire about my order two weeks after the delivery date. Then after the first messages, after I requested a cancellation and a refund, I stopped receiving responses to my messages. My first order eventually came in, after I said I didn’t want it anymore and wanted a refund (several times). For my current order, placed on May 20th 2021, I still haven’t received it, although I paid for express shipment. I contacted them several times via email (never responded), text message (only messaged me once), calling (never answered or returned my call). Unfortunately, this is how businesses lose customers and potential referrals. I will just be happy with a refund at this point, be fair.
