Un endroit à qui nous sommes toutes en confiance, j’aime la façon que les vêtements sont disposés, c’est très personnalisé avec un service impeccable. C'était mon magasin favori lorsque je voulais faire un cadeau. J'y suis allée avec ma petite fille de 10 ans car elle voulait faire un cadeau à son père. A l'entrée tout le monde se lave les mains sous surveillance. La préposée à la surveillance nous dit ceci « les enfants ne touchent pas». Je lui demande si elle veut dire que ma petite fille ne peut pas toucher aux vêtements et ce malgré le fait qu'elle se soit désinfectée les mains. Elle répond « vous, vous pouvez y toucher ». Là, je crois que ça va un peu trop loin, nous sommes donc sortis immédiatement. Cette boutique, c'est terminé pour moi et ma famille, et je leur conseille d'afficher dans leur vitrine, les jeunes ne sont pas les bienvenus. Je suis triste de constater une forme de ségrégation envers les jeunes au Québec.

If you have an Asian face, think twice before you step in this boutique!! I entered the store yesterday, in 5 mins I bought a $225 touque. Behind the cashier on the wall, there were tons of choices of ribbons, wrapping tissues, papers, boxes etc. I told the Madame M, this is a birthday gift for an important person, she then asked me if I want it to be in a box or a bag. I answered "in a box and could you please wrap it, it is a birthday gift, thank you!" Then, she teared off all the tag on the touque including a small bag of crystal that was attached to the touque for replacement. She asked me with a rude voice " you want this? You want it inside the touque or in your hand?" " Inside the touque, please! " I answered. I sensed perhaps she didn't like me standing there looking at her doing the wrapping, hence I walked away and I told her, I will be back when you are finished. When I returned, she handed me a broken bag and with a plain plain white paper box inside. I looked at that poor, soft looking broken bag with the store name hand stamped on, with that white plain box inside....I seriously was feeling "ASHAMED" to give that gift to anyone! So, I kindly asked that madame, "may I please have one of that tissue behind you?" She answered, " I asked you if you want it in a bag with tissue or in a box! You said BOX! In our store, we don't give both! " After a few second, she said, I will give it to you this time, but next time you know, you choose one of them, not both! And this madame M repeated this statement to me 3 TIMES!!!!! Just to make sure I get it! I walked out the store, feeling like a elementary student just received some beat up from the teacher and I felt I paid $225 for a big embarrassment in front of all the sales and customers there. I woke up this morning, decided to go back to that store and returned what I've bought and the store did not accept a return. Madame M was not there today. And when the other kind sales was checking the item inside the box, we realized that M did NOT even put the crystal bag inside the touque ( I saw her put it in with my own eyes, before I walked away!! ) Then, we found the crystal was sitting in drawer just beside..... Wow, this shocked me more than giving me a broken old bag and a plain white packaging box! She actually pulled that bag of crystal out the moment I walked away from her eye site!!! If you haven't been to this store, I can tell you this is the most sophisticated name brand store in St Sauveur. The moment I walked in, I know this place will become my regular; however, this woman cashier M has ruined a potential customer completely! Finally, I must give big thanks and appreciations to the 3 sales who listened me out and helped me finding that crystal bag, rewrapped the gift with some talent and put it in a solid, elegant official Romy Elliot store bag!

Sadly a beautiful store with snobs working the boutique like in the 80’s! Judgmental and unkind. Key to getting service here*** -Wear your best clothes, -wear make-up and -do your hair And if possible -wear Prada and -Wear a Chanel accessory, then perhaps they will say good afternoon or smile at you, sadder than Sad this place is. Sometimes salespeople, they forget they are working in the store, and need to work to be there, and those entering, potentially have the money and time to spend there and allow them to receive a commission or at the very least a positive review!
