Sont venus au printemps 2018 faire un diagnostic sur notre poêle à granule. Après paiement pour le diagnostic, le technicien a dit qu’il reviendrait poser la pièce défectueuse, que celle-ci etait en commande puis l’ete et maintenant l’automne se sont passés sans service
Je suis pourtant prête à payer l’installation de la pièce car le poêle (valeur 2500$) est inutilisable
Mon mari et moi les appellons fréquemment (sur leur boite vocale) pour leur donner nos disponibilités et ils ne retournent même pas nos appels. Nous nous sommes aussi déplacés à la boutique, rien à faire.
Si vous voulez un service après-vente vous devriez acheter ailleurs.
Ce n’est pas mon genre de denigrer un commerce mais là, leur indépendance me sidère. Preuves à l’appui.
Non-existent service
Came in the spring of 2018 to make a diagnosis on our pellet stove. After paying for the diagnosis, the technician said he would come back and install the defective part, that it was on order and then summer and now fall has passed without service
I am however ready to pay for the installation of the room because the stove (value $ 2500) is unusable
My husband and I call them frequently (on their voicemail) to give them our availability and they don't even return our calls. We also went to the store, nothing to do.
If you want after-sales service you should buy elsewhere.
It’s not my style to denigrate a business, but their independence amazes me. Evidence to support it.
