Find perfect fit running shoes, they have models for wider feet like mine. Nuce selection of shorts, sport bras, etc.

This weekend I had the chance to go to boutique courrir in longueuil and get the best service I ever had. It's was not all about the shoes but also observation regarding my running technique. Some discussion about triathlon and racing. It was fun and convivial really enjoy my time. I wish I have asked the name of the employee but I will look into it and comeback with an edit. Really recommend this employee

I have been to this boutique twice. The first time it was lunch hour for me, and I came in just to look. I was told they probably do not have the shoes in my size and the employee would need to look in the back, which would take time. I wanted to get shoes for running. It was a bit awkward as she didn't show me any models or anything. I figured i would come back when I had more time. Then covid happened so here we are, almost 1 year later. I went to the store on a saturday 3pm. There was about 2 customers there and 3 employees. I came in and realized all the employees semeed busy with customers. I walked around and, as no one was greeting me or anything, eventually went to the shoes section. There, 2 employees walked past me to go in the back store get shoes. None of them said hi to me, or greet me. Completely ignored me. I mean, how hard is it to say "hi there, i'm finishing with a client and i'll be right with you" or "hello, we will be with you shortly, please take a look around" Honestly, anything showing that they care about me, not just walk straight next to me and ignore me on purpose. Both of them saw me as they looked at me by the way. So anyway, I ended up having to look for shoes by myself. Since it's covid, customers are not allowed to touch the shoes (which i understand). But then how the hell am i suppose to shop for running shoes if no seller is available and if i can't even touch the shoes? Not to mention all the shoes on the wall are together without any section. When you go to MEC for example, it says which shoes is for what : hiking, running, walking, etc. In this shop, it's not shown anywhere. So unless you have a seller available to help you, you are cucked. That situation could have been avoided if a seller would have said hi to me, say he will be back and maybe ask me what I need. He could have told me which shoes are for running and then while he is busy with a customer I could have looked at the models which fit my need. Honestly, I am so disappointed at this place. I can't believe with only 2 other customers they are unable to take care of everyone. What's the point of offering a personalized service if you can't deal with more than 2 people? I waited a good 10min and it was clear the sellers were taking their time, so I decided to leave. When I left, I noticed there was an employee at the front cash just standing there, doing nothing. Great ! She even looked at me when i left and didn't even ask if i found what i needed or anything. Top service good job ! I really hope the person who owns this place will have a talk with their employees, it's ridiculous to ignore a customer like that. I'm not sure if i'll go a third time or look for another place. Both time i've been disappointed.
