N'ont pas rappelé. C'était mon premier contact avec eux et certainement le dernier. After taking an RV they don't show up and give no new lodged call and the operator, who is just an operator (she tells me) takes down my name and phone. Did not call back. It was my first contact with them and certainly the last.

Nous avons eut des questions par rapport au produit et les réponse furent claires et le transfert au professionnel (frigoriste de service) rapide. Je n'ai que de bon commentaires à faire sur Bourque. Je suis très satisfait! We have a Bryan heat pump installed by Bourque since the house was manufactured in 2014. We had questions about the product and the answers were clear and the transfer to the professional (refrigeration engineer on duty) was quick. I have nothing but good comments to make on Bourque. I am very satisfied!

Lavallée on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le personnel répondent à vos questions et donne un service après vente impeccable , j'ai eu un problème en janvier 2019 sur ma fournaise centrale électrique à air pulser, installer le 29 mai 2015. ils sont venu dans la même journée et on remplacer la pièce défectueuse sans chichi, ni coût ( étant garantie ) Merci Jacinthe et René . Comme le mentionne leur dicton "Avec eux il n'y a pas de problème il y a que des solution" je le garantie et recommande. The staff answer your questions and give impeccable after-sales service, I had a problem in January 2019 on my furnace electric air-blower, install on May 29, 2015. they came in the same day and we replace the room defective without fuss, no cost (being guaranteed) Thank you Jacinthe and René. As the saying goes "With them there is no problem there is only solution" I guarantee and recommend.

Même si j'ai appelé souvent, pour avoir un suivi, une idée de combien ça pourrait me couter. La secrétaire à toujours été très sympathique et polie avec moi. Elle, je l'engagerais. Ne rappelle pas. On appelle plusieurs fois pour avoir un suivi et nous disent qui vont nous rappeler, ne rappelle pas. -10 service à la clientèle. Very poor service, come 3 times to repair (half) their product and say who will call us back to make an appointment to continue the repair. Don't call back. We call several times to have a follow-up and tell us who will call us back, do not call back. -10 customer service.

Si je pouvais donner 10 étoiles, je le ferais ! Effectivement vous allez devoir les rappeler, non pas par mauvaise fois de leurs parts, mais plutôt dû à leurs popularités. À la lecture de plusieurs commentaires désobligeants, je dois avouer que certaines personnes sont très dures envers eux. Nous sommes en période de pandémie mondiale… il est donc NORMAL que certains processus comme l’achat de matériel ou de pièce soit plus longs qu’à l’habitude. Oui l’installation s’est faite plus tard que prévu pour les mêmes raisons (COVID oblige). Je peux vous assurer que vous ne serez pas déçu l’équipe hautement expérimentée. Ils ont débuté à trois et du à la complexité de l’installation ont terminé a six employés. Aucuns frais supplémentaires. Bref je recommande fortement cette entreprise à toute personne qui recherche un service sur mesure de qualité supérieur. Indeed you will have to recall them, not by bad faith of their parts, but rather due to their popularity. We are in a period of a global pandemic ... so it is NORMAL that certain processes such as purchasing equipment or parts take longer than usual. Yes, the installation was done later than expected for the same reasons (COVID requires). I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with the highly experienced team. They started at three and due to the complexity of the installation ended at six employees. No additional charges. In short, I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a superior quality tailor-made service.

Je ne suis que plus satisfait de ses conseils, du travail de son équipe d'installation, ainsi que de l'utilisation de cet équipement dont j'estime avoir le plus profité l'été dernier avec la climatisation. C'est une belle technologie qui permet d'assurer une température assez stable tout au long de l'année. Merci donc M. Bourque et félicitation pour votre équipe très professionnelle. I purchased a heat pump in October 2020. I had been advised by Mr. Bourque himself, my house involving 2 floors. I am only more satisfied with his advice, the work of his installation team, as well as the use of this equipment which I believe I benefited the most from last summer with the air conditioning. It's a great technology that ensures a fairly stable temperature throughout the year. So thank you Mr. Bourque and congratulations for your very professional team.
