★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the observation unit for approximately 7 hours. Excellent nursing care very clean facilities supper was hot and tasty felt much much better by the time I left. Reassured, compassionate and safe environment. Very very appreciative of the hard work dedication knowledge and kindness shown to me. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boundary Trails Health Center is the jewel of Southern Manitoba. The hospital is to be congratulated for clean,cheer apperance. The doctors, nurse and staff do a terrific job. They are to be treasured. The care is second to none. Everyone there are very brave people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had my baby there about 3 months ago. i honestly did not have to good of an experience.
every nurse would tell us something different, each nurse that came in to see us would get mad at us because we werent "following" what they said
but we did not know who to listen to until the day we were going home. the majority of the nurses we had were very rude to us. we had 2 nice ones the whole time we were there.. if i were to have another baby, i definitely would not go there.

Amazing staff. My only surgery had been done here.
I have never had a negative experience with the staff or facilities.
The only thing I could say is they work their worth. Bloodwork, super quick and friendly while being bombarded with inquiries and other patients interuptions.
Wonderful people, who manage to keep it going short handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best hospital experience I have had in Manitoba. I was treated with kindness the entire time I was there for a joint replacement, and the food is a restaurant 3 star experience. The surgeon I had , Dr.Marshall orthopedic surgeon was just excellent,she treats you like a human being as well as having superb medical skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The medical and supporting teams have provided wonderful care to my parents several times. I have appreciated their expertise and kindness.
At times waiting in ER is very long, which can be frustrating. But we understand. It is apparent that this hospital, serving a large regional area, is very busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got our second child in this hospital as well and both times during Covid.
I will honestly say with our first one I hated the stay, the treatment and how they acted towards us. All I wanted was to leave asap!
Now, with our second and the restrictions mild compare to years ago, we did see true love and help from those who dedicated their lives to help those in need.
We were able to experience compassion and kindness and some common sense!
We are truly thankful for the wonderful team of people who made the delivery and 24hrs stay a blessed time!
