★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy patisserie in Brossard, similar to Première Moisson. You can have cofffee and croissant on the terrace. Very good for your health as their patisseries are not too sweet (less than Première Moisson) or just enough. They have a good sellection of desserr pies but no cake.

I went on mai 30th. And the service was good.
This place on mall Champlain is big..
The only thing is they have to be careful with the cleaning.... the were dusty on the glass where the food are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bakery has a very modern and comfortable decor with high ceilings. There's good sunlight that comes in. The pastries are not bad. The sandwiches are tasty and the bread is moist on the inside. I enjoyed eating them and I was able to try many different things. There's a wide selection of food from salads to pizza. They even have a rewards program. You get a free pie on your birthday if you sign up. The service was very friendly, however I feel like they still have a few kinks to work out since they just opened not long ago. So I'll be definitely going back to see how they will improve.
P.S. It was easy to social distance as everyone moves in one direction toward the cash. Don't forget to grab a number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, understand that running successful pastry retail stores in Montreal is extremely hard. In a French culture, competition in quality pastries is insane, yet the spending power isn't that great either. Ange has done very well at surviving with great quality. I'm from Toronto, been to 2 locations of Ange in QC including this one, they are amazing. Nice variety of pastries and bread selections. I would say the bread section isn't large as Premiere Moisson, but it's great enough. Haven't tried their pizza yet. I had their quiche, tarts, cakes, all fresh and great quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was excellent. The selection of pastries is unreal. Their apple tarts are amazing. I also had The Parisien sandwich; its content lacked flavour for me but the baguette was tasty. Great value overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their bakery and baguettes! You can choose the baguettes from 3 different cooking temperatures! They also offer but 3 and get 1 free deals. Nice and helpful staff and clean environment. By the way…they also offer sandwiches with fresh baked bread and homemade pizzas. You’ll love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The minute you open the door, the store already smells so good. So many selections. I like the croissant, the white soft bread, the chouquette and really like the Maple syrup tart. The crust of the tart is good and everything well balance. Staff is nice and patient. We will come back for sure.
