On peut aussi y acheter de la viande sans emballage de plastique, avec papier ciré brun et ficelle, comme dans le bon vieux temps. Et, en plus, c'est de la production locale...et délicieuse. Good adaptation to customer demands, including those who demand natural foods, such as salt and pepper sausages without preservatives or organic chicken. You can also buy meat there without plastic wrapping, with brown waxed paper and string, just like in the good old days. And, what's more, it's locally produced ... and delicious.

Particulièrement pour l'onglet de bœuf (je suis amateur d'onglet, j'en achète souvent dans différentes boucheries de Montréal et de Lanaudière, et jamais je n'ai vu un onglet aussi mal coupé et avec autant de gras éparpillé sur la pièce), et les côtelettes d'agneau qui incluait une épaisse couche de gras. Faire payer 39,99$ le kg pour une couche de gras immangeable, c'est de l'abus, et surtout un mauvais travail de boucherie. Au prix demandé, la viande devrait être adéquatement parée. Ce fut ma dernière visite. On our recent visit, the meat was very poorly trimmed, despite the high prices. Les prix sont chers, et désolé, mais avoir du foie de veau élevé au grain plutôt qu'au lait, et par dessus le marché congelé! Côté fraîcheur et qualité, on repassera, le métro offre la meme chose, moins cher et non congelé. Je m'attends a meilleure qualité pour une boucherie. Meme si ca doit se faire sur commande, si vous vouliez éviter les pertes. Poulet congelé, non merci aussi. Seul avantage, ils ont les délicieuses tartes de la Piperade, qu'on trouve d'habitude au marché. First visit and big disappointment.
