Nous avons trouvé une plante que nous aimions vraiment. Elle était étiquetée à 39,99. Lorsque nous sommes allés à la caisse, elle passait à 90$. Nous voulions simplement comprendre la différence de prix et expliquer que l'ensemble des plantes similaires était mal étiqueté. La vendeuse s'est alors fâchée et elle a arraché le prix sur chaque pot avant de repartir et nous dire bêtement que ça devait être "un erreur des jeunes." Très déçu de la réaction. Elle ne nous a pas dit un mot de plus avant de nous tourner le dos.
Nous comprenons qu'un erreur de prix peut arriver, mais la réaction laissait plus qu'à désirer.
 Very disappointed with the service.
We found a plant that we really liked. She was tagged at 39.99. When we went to checkout it was going to $ 90. We just wanted to understand the price difference and explain that all similar plants were mislabeled. The saleswoman then got angry and she snatched the price on each jar before leaving and foolishly telling us that it must be "a mistake of the young people." Very disappointed with the reaction. She didn't say another word to us before she turned her back on us.
We understand that a pricing error can happen, but the reaction left more than to be desired.
