B	Brandon Carlson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Parents Be Aware* Last night at the Stony Plain location my son was served a chicken finger that was not cooked fully. Make sure to check your children's food before they eat it. I would hate to see a child get ill.

Despite the mishap tonight we still prefer the Stony Plain location over Spruce because the service is generally better. Cudos to the manager for not making a bad situation worse. I'm sure my next BP review will be ? ⭐ ? ? ?
J	Jennifer Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always love eating at Boston Pizza and this one is good as well. I did get a tiny burn from the french onion soup bowl though. She did not tell me it was hot. Even though yes I know it is. I just know they are supposed to say something. Also had a Great White North pizza. Excellent as always. We did order a small Hawaiian Pizza to go and we disappointed to find out there was very little cheese on it. I suggest they either add more cheese when they make it. There prices have gone up quite a bit too, but I blame the government for that. Edit: Came here again today June 13/19 and had a great time! Not only was the food excellent but the waitress noticed a hair on my moms pizza and insisted on having the cooks make a new one! Very happy with the service. AND I had a Chipotle Chicken Club and normally the bread is always hard and this time it was nice and soft!
B	Becky Bay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High prices terrible wait times and service. The food was decent. Only two servers for the entire dining room. Not allowed to do any sort of changes or substitutions to menu. Will not be going back.

After 40 minutes we asked what the ETA was on the food with the response that “we do the easy things first but I’ll talk to the kitchen”. Families came, ate and left with far bigger meals than what we ordered in less time than we were there. 20 minutes later with still no food we spoke to the manager, who frankly could care less, and simply left. The location by the Tri on Jennifer Heil Way is significantly better for service.

G	Go time on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is standard for Boston Pizza however I visited on a mothers day so o knew it would be a little slower. But unfortunately I was disappointed in the quality of food over the slower service. Four of us at a table and one of my kids got her food 15 minutes before anyone else at the time. When my meal arrived the Caesar salad was so soaked with salad dressing that I could not eat it. My son order lasagna and even though our meals came after my daughters his lasagna noodles hadn’t been cooked through and we’re pretty tough. The other disappointment was that the freezer had broken and the ice cream that came with the kids meal was an option she could no longer have. Overall not a good experience.
